Hi, I'm Maiya, a Puyallup native with a genuine love for kids and a heart for serving families in my community. I have experience caring for toddlers and young children in both one-on-one and shared settings, and I thrive in environments that balance structure, creativity, and play. Safety is always my top priority, and I am attentive, calm, and proactive in meeting children's needs. I enjoy planning engaging activities like sensory play, outdoor adventures, crafts, reading time, and imaginative games that support developmental milestones. I am able to offer scheduling, transportation, healthy meal prep, grocery shopping and light housekeeping in a household manager capacity as well. Families describe me as warm, dependable, and communicative. I value partnering closely with parents to ensure alignment in expectations.
