I believe the way to a clear mind is to de clutter your space (bedroom, kitchen, office, living area). My other talents are cooking and shopping. I grew up on a farm and started working with my parents at a young age. By the age of 16, I was running 3 very busy farmers market stands alone. So, I might know a thing or two about shopping for the right and ripest produce. I work a full-time job in property management so my availability is typically after work from 5-8 p.m. and in the mornings and afternoon on weekends.
