About Maisha

Hi! My name is Maisha, and I'm a caring, responsible, and dependable caregiver with experience working with children from newborn to 10 years old. I currently work as an assistant daycare teacher with 1-2-year-olds and have babysat for families with kids of all ages. I'm CPR certified, a non-smoker, and passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging space for children to grow. I believe strong communication is essential-not only with kids, but with parents too. I take time to bond with children and understand their needs, while maintaining open and honest communication with families to build trust. I'm currently attending Delta College, completing prerequisites before transferring to a university to earn a degree in Elementary Education. I'm available on weekends and happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and homework support.
