My name is Mairena Ramirez. I am a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregiver with experience providing attentive care and support to individuals of various ages and needs. I remain calm and composed in emergency situations and prioritize the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in my care. I am CPR and First Aid certified and committed to maintaining a professional and respectful approach while providing quality care. I have experience assisting elderly individuals and providing compassionate support with daily needs while maintaining patience, dignity, and proper bedside manner. I currently work with The Conner Group as a Behavior Therapist, where I provide direct care and support to children with autism. In this role, I assist with daily routines, skill development, communication, behavior support, and creating a safe and positive environment for each child.
