I started working with kids 20 years ago. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, and cook. One thing you should know about me is I'm Irish, have a green card. My skills include smoothing transitions - sleep patterns, weaning, trying new foods, potty training; encouraging self-care - dressing, eating independently, and tidiness.
