Maile watched my son for a few weeks while we sorted out daycare and she was nothing short of amazing! She was the only sitter on care.com that bothered to personalize her message to me and tailored to my ad (which, sadly, says a lot!). We talked on the phone and I instantly felt at ease with choosing her to watch my 6 month old. Thank goodness she was available! Her professionalism and experience is beyond expectations! She was even proactive with sending references, driver license information, and vax card details. She is so knowledgeable about early childhood and development. She doesn't just come over to just watch and hold your baby-- she brings developmentally appropriate toys and supports your child's development (e.g., helping my son with a bottle and to sit up). In short, Maile is amazing! She is a natural with children and you can tell she genuinely loves children. Any family will be so lucky to have Maile as a sitter/nanny.
