About Maiken

I have worked for a large early education corporate company for more than a decade. I was first an assistant, then a teacher and finally an administrator. I have worked with all age groups from as birth to 12 years old. I am well-versed in care and the developmental needs of children. I am certified to work with young children with a national CDA and some higher education courses. I try to be very flexible and work on short notice when needed. I have nannied for families with one child, and for families with up to four. Working in the field at a child care center, I have cared for and taught up to 25 students at once on my own. I am happy to cook and take care of light cleaning, and I have a safe and reliable transportation. I am an animal lover, all kinds, shapes, sizes. I am also a mother of two girls, 9 and 5, who would accompany me to any job I take. I cannot wait to meet your family!
