About Maija

Hello! My name is Maija, I'm a reliable, patient, and energetic person who loves working with children and animals. I have lots of experience working with wide age range of children, I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience working with special needs children. I was a substitute teacher at The Montessori Schoolhouse, where I worked with children ages 3-7 and helped to clean the school after hours. I was also a summer camp teacher with Drama Kids International, leading activities for children ages 4-13. I currently work as an assistant teacher at TTDS, where I primarily care for and teach children ages 18 months to 7 years old. I understand how much trust it takes to let a stranger care for your children and I take that responsibility very seriously. I'm here to help in any way possible and I look forward to meeting you and your family!
