About Maigan

Hello! I'm Maigan, and I have a rambunctious, spirited, whip-smart 16-month-old girl named N. We recently relocated to Raleigh and would love to find a like-minded family with a child of a similar age to spend our time with (in our lovely home or yours). In addition to mom life, I have prior experience as an au pair, camp counselor, nanny, and babysitter. Our days are filled with art projects, outdoor romps and nature investigations, silly songs (I was a singer for Disney before becoming mama!), dance parties, bi-lingual chats (N first language is Japanese), snooze cruises, and fabulous fare (I cook *a lot*). I'm of the "play is the best educator" mindset (at least at this age) and we have a healthy mix of wooden Montessori-inspired toys and the latest gadgets (though we do not use tablets and TV is just a sick day treat around here).
