About Maibel

Hi my name is Maribel! My journey into childcare began in high school when I became a swim coach. I discovered my talent for connecting with children and began babysitting for many of the kids I coached. I realized that I could positively impact their lives and support families by providing trustworthy childcare. My calm and friendly personality allows me to easily connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates throughout the day. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I love playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. With four years of experience caring for children of all ages, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously. I went to University and moved to Tampa to work for Company in sales!
