About Maia

I'd describe my personality as sympathetic, humorous, and honest. I like caring for seniors because it makes me feel good to help people do things that they can't do on their own to thrive. I have a passion for helping others, I like providing empathy & compassion. I'm a very reliable person in the work setting and in my personal life. One thing you should know about me is I am a trustworthy person & I treat people the way I would treat my own family. I also have the in home caretaking experience, l worked for a company that specialized in dementia and I loved it. I bonded with my patients and their families very well. I also have experience with immobility, caring for patients with multiple disabilities, and wound care. As well as working as a medical assistant for vital wound care. Lastly I am currently enrolled in college to be a medical assistant where I did get my CPR certification and hands-on experience in the medical field.
