About Maia

I'd describe my personality as positive, professional, happy. I like working with kids because kids by nature are adventurous, curious, and creative. I enjoy creating the safe environment that fosters these things and allows kid to be themselves. I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old. I worked with one family for about 4 years until their child no longer needed care. I am honored to have been able to see her grow into the strong independent women she is today. In my spare time, I like to be active. I enjoy tennis, pickle ball, skiing, and running. I am also a student so a lot of my free time is devoted to my courses. One thing you should know about me is I am committed to consistency and dependability. My skills include communication, patience, and decision making.
