I worked with Maiah at the Painted Turtle Camp on multiple occasions. The Painted Turtle Camp is a camp from disabled children ran by the Delta Zeta Sorority and allows them to be around other children who are similar to them. We cared for children in a variety of ages beginning at the young age of 6 and continued to ages 16. We were in charge of keeping the children entertained at the camp and ensuring their safety. We helped with relay races, arts and crafts, and homework. Maiah shows diligence and passion in her work. She is always on time and punctual and very passionate about making the kids feel comfortable expressing themselves. Maiah is well rounded and very trust worthy as we were completely responsible for the children. She would be a pleasure to help with any family and is flexible to fit into any family.
