About Maia

Hi families! My name is Maia :) I am currently a student at Stockton University, majoring in elementary education, and I hope to become a teacher one day (hence why I love kids)! Working with children never feels like a job to me; it's what I am passionate about. I have experience babysitting children of all ages, working as a summer camp counselor, and tutoring elementary students. I am patient, creative, and big on positive encouragement! Whether it's arts and crafts, homework help, outdoor play, or bedtime routines, I am reliable, responsible, and always happy to help! Babysitting, to me, means creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where children feel comfortable being themselves.
