While taking care of my 91 yr old mother Maglana always displayed kindess and caring. She did her job very well. On the morning my mother passed away, even though she was not being paid Maglana along with our 2nd aide came to my apartment to stay with me and take care of my mother while we waited for the hospice nurse to come. That, I believe is going above and beyond and the sign of a good caregiver.
