About Maggie

For over 20 years, I've been helping students thrive academically. I'm a certified teacher with three graduate degrees, and I specialize in Math and English for elementary and middle school students. I believe every student has unique potential. My approach involves creating an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I actively listen to students and observe their initial interactions with new material. I vary my teaching strategies and connect challenging topics to real-world examples. Communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to parents. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I would love to help your student achieve their goals!
