About Maggie

Hi! I'm Maggie, a licensed elementary teacher with a Master's degree in Teaching and 6 years of experience working with students in grades K-8. I currently teach 3rd grade in Massachusetts, where I specialize in helping students build confidence in reading, writing, and math through engaging, individualized instruction. My passion is literacy. I have extensive experience supporting students with phonics, reading fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and writing, as well as elementary math. I also have experience working with multilingual learners and students who benefit from targeted reading intervention. Families describe me as patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic. I love celebrating students' growth and helping them discover that learning can be fun. My goal is not only to improve academic skills but also to help children develop the confidence and independence they need to be successful in the classroom and beyond.
