Maggie is not your normal house keeper, she is the best! A few key things that made her stand out for us were 1) Attention to detail 2) willingness to help with whatever was needed around the house beyond "normal" house keeper duties and 3) she is very smart and easy to communicate and collaborate with... If we weren't moving we would have tried to hire her full time. Pay the premium and hire her, you won't regret it.
