I have had the pleasure of working with Maggie as her supervisor over the past 3+ years. As the Director of the Extended Care program I have over saw her in her day to day dealing with the children and parents that participate in the program. As an extended care supervisor Maggie has been employed in the extended care program for the past 3+ years. She has been responsible for the well-being and supervision of preschool through Junior High age children who are in our After-School Program. Duties Include: Monitor student daily attendance. Plan, prepare and implement daily activities for children. Communicate daily with parents, faculty, and staff. Supervise recreational and snack periods. Maintain adequate and appropriate supervision space with other staff on the playground. Administer conflict resolution when needed. Assist with any responsibilities deemed necessary by the Extended Care Director. Maggie has provided a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for the children in the program as well as peace of mind for the parents. Maggie is punctual, courteous and truly enjoys working with the children. The kids all love her! I believe Maggie to be an asset to this program and to any organization or family considering hiring her. Sincerely, Kathy
