Magdalena (Nena) worked for us for over a week while our primary nanny was out of town. She has an extremely calming demeanor, and is loving with kids. My 6 year old son was eager to see her each day, and liked playing hide and seek and just talking with her. She was also very flexible - each day our plans changed slightly (timing, specific needs), and she was happy to roll with it, shifting from watching the kids to helping out in the kitchen, folding laundry, etc. We'd recommend her highly!
