I have three years of experience providing home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I am passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I am compassionate, friendly, and create a comfortable environment. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, depending on their preference.
