Fostering children's growth and development is my passion, and I have 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents. I'm naturally bubbly, positive, and happy-go-lucky, and I love creating a fun, welcoming environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I have a degree in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences and 6 years of experience as a Behavioral Technician at Boys Town. My approach is patient, consistent, and encouraging, with a strong focus on praise and positive reinforcement. I believe celebrating effort, progress, and positive choices helps children build confidence and feel proud of themselves. I enjoy crafts, games, outdoor activities, and educational play. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and helping with light housekeeping or travel. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and become someone you can trust and count on!
