Our family, and especially my mother, was fortunate in countless ways to have Magaly as a caregiver. Magaly is a loving, attentive, conscientious caregiver. I always felt comfortable when she was working, knowing that my mom was in good hands. And when I visited my mom, Magalay's presence was a delight. At the time when Magaly began working for us, my mom was quite dependent - needing help for almost everything - ambulating, toileting, eating, etc. Magaly always put my mom's safety first, and at the same time she made my mom feel as independent and in control as possible. Magaly is honest and a very good communicator. She would let me know right away if there was a problem, and would ask for advice if she was unsure about something - a trait that I find very important in caregivers. My only regret is that we didn't find her sooner!
