As a Certified Nursing Assistant with six years of experience, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for and providing reliable support to their families. I hold a college degree, as well as current CPR and First Aid certifications. My approach is compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented. I understand that each person has unique needs, so I prioritize understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method.
