About Maelyn

Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives, which is why I pursued Early Childhood Education coursework and became a certified teacher. I have a college degree and one year of experience caring for children aged 1-12+. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates via text, phone, or in person at pickup, according to your preference. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I look forward to bringing my skills and enthusiasm to your family!
