I’m disappointed to leave this review, but my experience deserves to be shared. On the very first cleaning, the housekeeper raised her rate by $30 while I was paying her, claiming that because I had cats, the cost would be higher — despite already knowing beforehand that I have two cats. My house is small, and a single story, and by no means is that dirty as I'm a single person, and 3 of the rooms rarely get used. Then, the night before my second scheduled cleaning — just two days before a holiday — she raised the price again by an additional $50. I’m sorry, but the quality of her work and her level of experience simply did not justify such dramatic last-minute increases. I initially believed she was professional and was hopeful it would be a good fit, but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. I cannot recommend her based on my interactions.
