About Maegan

I'd describe my personality as adaptable, empathetic, and easy-going. I like working with kids because I find what's good for kids is routine and enrichment, such as including them in simple tasks and engaging in games and crafts, all of which I enjoy. I started working with kids when I was a young adult, assisting with an afterschool martial arts class, then as an in-home caregiver. In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies, and spend time with my niece, nephew, and my dog. One thing you should know about me is I believe relationships with kids is built on patience, empathy, and respecting boundaries. I have years of experience with infant and newborn care, and providing activities and routine to toddlers and young children.
