About Madyson

My passion for children has driven my career choices and education, leading me to find great joy in fostering their growth and development. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel loved and supported. I am patient, calm, and friendly, and I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and always keep them updated on their child's day. I have diverse experience working with children, including roles as a respite caregiver for children with disabilities, a behavioral therapist for children with autism, and am currently a mental health therapist intern for children and teens. Through these experiences, I've utilized educational games and virtual programs that promote learning and creativity, as well as outdoor activities and physical games to engage multiple children. With CPR and First Aid training, I am confident in my ability to care for up to three children aged 2 and above.
