About Madoussou

I am currently majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child Development. My academic studies have provided me with a deeper understanding of child psychology, developmental milestones, and effective caregiving strategies. I am eager to apply this knowledge to create enriching experiences that support the cognitive, emotional, and social development of the children under my care. In my previous role as a nanny, I gained valuable hands-on experience in providing personalized care for children, managing daily activities, and promoting educational and recreational development. I am proud of the positive relationships I've built with both children and parents, which have been based on trust, communication, and mutual respect I have volunteered with local youth organizations and community centers. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and fostering a sense of belonging among children under my care.
