you are lucky enough to have the chance to hire her, do not hesitate. She has been far more than a sitter or nanny to our family. She has loved our children as if they were her own. She pours into them emotionally, spiritually, and physically in ways that have shaped who they are. She plays with them, teaches them, prays over them, and truly sees them. Our kids are never parked in front of a screen with her. Instead, she is outside exploring, creating adventures, building forts, organizing games, reading books, and engaging their hearts and minds. She is completely present. I can honestly say I have never seen her distracted on her phone. When she is with our children, they have her full attention. She brings joy, structure, warmth, and intentionality into our home. She is dependable, trustworthy, calm under pressure, and incredibly mature. But more than that, she carries a quiet faith that naturally flows into the way she loves and leads. She models kindness, patience, and integrity in a way that deeply aligns with our family values. She has become part of our family. Watching her move to Hawaii feels like Texas is losing an absolute treasure, and Hawaii is gaining a literal angel and unicorn of a human.
