About Madisyn

I have professional experience with nearly all demographics and have worked in a variety of settings including day cares, nursing homes, group homes, mental health facilities, and as a nanny. I have experience working with children, the elderly and memory care, adults with autism, and adults and children with complex trauma. I am blessed to have such a wide range of experience, as it's made me understand how to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds, and make them comfortable. My understanding of human development and psychology has allowed me to understand what's happening inside the brain when a person of any age becomes escalated, and how to effectively de-escalate and reset. My purpose is to be a helper and I value integrity, empathy, and peace. I became incredibly close to the previous family I nannied for, and am happy to provide references!
