About Madison

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, honest, kindhearted. I like working with kids because I am passionate about fostering children's growth by creating engaging and supportive environment. I'm looking for a job that is flexible where I can contribute by supporting children/families by providing help where I am most needed. I started working with kids in 2022. I have collectively of about 3 years of experience. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, and serve at my church. One thing you should know about me is I adapt easily to change and I have passion for helping others. Transparency and communication are also big factors for me, I value keeping families informed and also providing the best care possible. My skills include staying calm, and supportive, while managing different behaviors and needs. I'm also creative and encouraging. I am able to plan fun, educational, and engaging activities for children.
