About Madison

Hi! I'm a former full-time nanny with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for children from infancy through middle school. I've worked with families long-term, supported kids with unique emotional and behavioral needs, and created consistent, nurturing environments where children feel safe, seen, and celebrated. In addition to my professional nanny experience, I also worked as a live-in residential advisor and counselor, where I supported teens in crisis with patience, structure, and empathy. Now, I'm a stay-at-home mom to a little one of my own, and I'm looking to come alongside other families in a part-time capacity. I would bring my child with me- over the years I've found that children love having a built-in playmate!
