About Madison

I have experience working in childcare, assisted living, nursing facilities, and in-home care settings, as well as volunteering with Parks & Recreation. I especially enjoy working with infants through age 4, though I have experience with children up to age 8. My approach to childcare combines learning and fun. I'm passionate about helping children grow socially, emotionally, and developmentally through hands-on experiences, creativity, exploration, and meaningful connections. I'm very mental health allied and believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel heard, respected, and encouraged to express themselves. I love incorporating nature, local history, and real-world learning whenever possible, whether that's visiting museums, exploring Fort Missoula, going on nature walks, spending time at parks, reading/coloring together, or simply following a child's curiosity and interests.
