About Madison

I'm a nanny with a strong background in education and a lot of hands-on experience with kids of different ages and needs. I have degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education, and I taught 4th grade in a public school for a year and a half. That experience really shaped how I approach working with kids. I value structure, consistency, and making learning feel engaging and approachable. I've also worked as a summer camp counselor and managed a team of female staff, keeping kids safe while still making things fun. On top of that, I've been a special needs aide and have nanny experience, so I'm comfortable adapting to different personalities, routines, and developmental needs. I've coached Girls on the Run and youth soccer. As a nanny, I'm reliable, patient, and pretty easygoing. I like creating a positive environment where kids feel supported but also have clear expectations. I'm big on routines, outdoor time, and finding ways to make everyday moments fun and meaningful.
