I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting families. I began caregiving at 17 and have continued alongside my professional office career, developing strong organization and communication skills. I currently assist in caring for my grandmother with Parkinson's disease, gaining experience with mobility support, attentiveness to health changes, and the patience required in long-term care. I understand that elder care is not only physical support, but preserving dignity, offering companionship, and providing steady emotional presence. As the oldest of seven, responsibility and leadership have always been part of my life. I am calm, detail-oriented, encouraging, and deeply respectful of routines and personal preferences.
