I graduated University of Texas at Austin in 2017 with my BS in Early Childhood in hopes of working with four- to5-year-old children. After my 5 years of nannying and 2 years working with infants in a licensed childcare facility, however, I have shifted my focus and passion to the wonderful life stage of infancy! Madison has been an absolute joy to work with. We hired her for part time (3 days a week from 7 am to 6 pm) with the intention of moving to full time care of our infant son as I eased back into work. Unfortunately, I am now taking an indefinite absence from work due to my health and will be spending my time with my child. We are sad to lose Madison but want her to find a great family! She has always been incredibly responsive, flexible and thoughtful. She is a quick learner with a positive attitude. She is wonderful with my six month old son, keeping him on a schedule and spending their time playing, reading many books and taking him on walks. Her degree from UT in Early Childhood Development really shows in her attention to detail of his schedule and the amount of reading she does with him every day. She is great with our two dogs, showing them affection and attention. We highly recommend her and hope to use her in the future for evenings and weekends.
