My experience includes a wide variety of ages including infants as well as special needs care. I also have experience that includes house assistant duties as well as working with Professional Sports Team schedules. I can easily accommodate to most families needs and busy schedules! I recently got news that I have to sadly say goodbye to one of my Lightning families after the past few years of being with them and am now looking for my next future family. Go Bolts! I can help with food preparation/laundry/dishes/tidying up and other chores including running errands/grocery shopping. I am available for pet care/overnight care and able to travel if needed. Madison has been a huge help to our family! She's been a caring, knowledgeable, and engaging caregiver to our toddler son, and I've appreciated her willingness to get him out the house. Some of their adventures have included trips to the zoo, aquarium, and countless parks around the Tampa Bay Area. When at home, Madison does a great job researching developmentally appropriate learning activities and art projects. I also appreciated her ability to redirect our son on days he struggled with separation anxiety. She's confident, and knows how to jump right in without excessive instruction. Madison is flexible, and has been very accommodating with my husband's nontraditional work schedule. She's been able to accommodate last minute schedule changes when things arise, and is willing to help in various ways. She's been proactive with light housekeeping, and also helped our family with numerous other household assistant type tasks. These included assisting with a move while we were out of town, running errands, dishes, organizing, etc. Again, Madison is very flexible and willing to help with the unique needs of your family. She'll be an asset for any family she works with next!
