I'm a passionate home cook with a deep love for creating nourishing, high-quality meals. I grew up around the culinary world--my father worked alongside Emeril Lagasse in Las Vegas--so food has always been a big part of my life. I lived in Las Vegas for 17 years and Napa Valley for 10, so along the way I have learned many approaches and styles to cooking. I've maintained my food handling card for 10 years. Cooking isn't just something I do, it's something I truly care about. I focus on using local, organic, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible, and I take a holistic approach to every meal I prepare--prioritizing both flavor and overall well-being.
