About Madison

Hello! My name is Madison and I am a high-energy, caring, and hands-on provider who loves working with kids of all ages and abilities. I've been caring for children for about 12 years, starting as a church volunteer, then swim coach and now work as a registered behavioral therapist. I'm also CPR/CPI certified, a lifeguard, and a swim coach, so safety and fun are always my top priorities. I enjoy being playful and creative while also helping kids grow and reach their next milestones. My skills include infant/toddler care, early childhood intervention, and behavioral support. I'm looking for part-time opportunities where I can provide reliable care, support families' needs, or give parents a well-deserved night out. Outside of work, I mentor youth through a local nonprofit, love trying new foods, traveling, and being outdoors. Families can count on me to listen, adapt, and create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for their children.
