About Madison

For the past two years, I have worked with children ranging from 3 weeks to 5 years old. I began my childcare career as a float teacher before transitioning to a full-time infant classroom and later becoming the primary teacher in a Toddler One classroom. I also have four years of babysitting experience. My goal is to provide every child with a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where they can grow and thrive. I have a calm, patient, and child-centered approach. I enjoy creating engaging, play-based activities that encourage learning through hands-on experiences, sensory play, and outdoor exploration. I value clear communication with families and strive to build trusting relationships while supporting each child's unique development. I am associate-qualified in Early Childhood Education and hold CPR, First Aid, SIDS, medication administration, and water safety certifications. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable caring for up to three children.
