About Madison

Hi! My name is Madison, and I'm passionate about working with children and creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for them to grow in. I have over a year and a half of experience working with children with special needs and have worked in both elementary school and special education school settings (K-12). Through these experiences, I've developed patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs and personality. I am currently working toward my RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, which has helped deepen my understanding of child development, behavior support, and positive reinforcement strategies. I love helping kids learn, play, and feel comfortable while giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in caring and capable hands. I'm responsible, dependable, and always strive to create meaningful connections with the children and families I work with. I'd love the opportunity to support your family!
