With three years of experience supporting elementary students in Math, English, and test preparation, I prioritize active listening to identify how each individual learns best. I adapt my methods by connecting challenging concepts to personal interests and real-world examples. By celebrating small successes and providing consistent reinforcement, I keep students engaged and confident. I believe open communication with both students and parents is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether I am helping a student master a difficult topic or witnessing that rewarding "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks, I am dedicated to their success.
