About Madison

For the past six years, I have had the privilege of working one-on-one with a nonverbal child with autism. Each day has presented new challenges, new breakthroughs, and countless opportunities for growth not only for the child I work with, but also for myself. Before I began my current role, I worked in a daycare. That experience gave me the foundation of understanding group dynamics among children of different ages and personalities. It was there that I first realized how much joy and fulfillment I find in working with kids. I learned that my calling lies in helping children grow into their best selves. Because I am currently committed to working with a child who has autism, I am seeking a position that offers some flexibility. I want to continue making a positive impact in my current role while also helping other families. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my husband and four dogs.
