Maddy was great with our 2 kids. She agreed to a recurring position but only made it 4 days before suddenly letting us know of a family emergency, of which she asked a few days off for. After we sent a few texts checking in to genuinely see how she was holding up since we hadn’t heard from her, she made no attempts to communicate ever again. One of her references had mentioned she silent quit on them too but we took a chance either way… she never gave bad feedback when we asked her daily either
