I am currently certified to teach general education K-8 and special education K-12 in Washington state. I have three years experience teaching elementary special education (K-5), and am currently working as a behavior interventionist for students with disabilities at an elementary school in Coeur D'Alene. Teaching has been my passion, especially when it comes to working with kids with special needs. All of my experience is in elementary schools, but I am comfortable working with older kids. I do specialize in working with kids who are not at grade level, including taking data on present levels, writing goals, and teaching in an individualized way.
