My husband and I met Madi through Care.com and she ended up being with our family for 3 years. She came to our house every day to watch our daughter - who was 8 months old when we hired her. She made our lives easy and there was never a worry when we left for work each day. We were heartbroken when it was time for her to move. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Madi.
