As a 14-year-old caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With six whole years of experience, I've discovered that my patient and friendly nature creates a calm and welcoming environment for kids to thrive in. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing daily written reports or adapting to their preferred method of communication. I am experienced in caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. My approach to childcare involves a variety of engaging activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. In addition to my childcare experience, I have completed high school coursework and received First Aid and CPR training, ensuring that I am well-equipped to handle any situation. I am also willing to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
