About Madison

Hi! My name is Maddie, and I have over 5 years of childcare experience, including 2 years of hands-on nannying. In my current role, I care for multiple children and handle a wide range of responsibilities including school drop-offs and pick-ups, transportation to practices and appointments, meal preparation, grocery shopping, household chores, and homework help. I'm very comfortable managing busy schedules and keeping everything running smoothly for both kids and parents. I started babysitting my younger cousins years ago, which built a strong foundation in patience and understanding different age groups. I strive to create a safe, structured, and positive environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun. I'll be moving to Waukee, Iowa in May and am looking for a great family to support long-term. I'm dependable, organized, and truly enjoy building strong relationships with the families I work with!
