About Madison

Hello! My name is Madison. I am a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Communications and Psychology. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for children, so much so that I worked as a mother's helper at the age of 12. I have over 10 years of childcare experience as a babysitter and as the oldest of 9 children. I have worked with infants, toddlers, children, and teens. I also spent 2 years caring for and mentoring an 8-year-old child on the autism spectrum. I view every child I work with as an individual who I have the privilege of nurturing, teaching and supporting. Every child has their own unique strengths, needs, and potential, and I am thrilled to help foster these. I am happy to provide references upon request.
